Shipment
We ship goods every day (Monday – Friday) by UPS, DPD or other service providers.

Merchant account
If you enter your VAT No., you will be automatically registered as merchant. The prices represent the net amount excluding VAT. If registered as merchant, you will get an additional discount of 2% for a purchase value of at least 250 € and 3% for a purchase value of at least 500 €. Method of payment: Cash-on-delivery (within Germany) or advance payment. Credit card payment is not possible for retail account!

Lead times
We send stock items within two working days and switchgear/control equipment within ten working days. In Germany the parcel delivery time is around one to three working days. In other countries the parcel delivery time is around three to eight working days depending on the destination.

All customers in the EU will be charged the current rate of value-added tax which applies in Germany. Invoices for customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein will not include VAT and duty.
