Shipment
We ship goods every day (Monday – Friday) by UPS, DPD or other service providers.

Lead times
We send stock items within two working days and switchgear/control equipment within ten working days. In Germany the parcel delivery time is around one to three working days. In other countries the parcel delivery time is around three to eight working days depending on the destination.

Please note:
All customers in the EU will be charged the current rate of value-added tax which applies in Germany. Invoices for customers in Switzerland and Liechtenstein will not include VAT but will include Swiss customs duty.
