| The metal thickness is 0mm when you mount the push button cover directly onto the switch. However, the push button cover is to be mounted from the front onto the switch if it is to be mounted behind a metal sheet or something similar. With the cover closed, the off button should reliably disconnect. Thus allowance must be made for the metal thickness. The choice you have is between 2 and 3 or 3.7mm. see article variants. |
