You bring us your ideas, sketches, drawings, CAD data or finished injection molds. Our specialists work with all conventional CAD and CAM data formats on the basis of the Cimatron program and provide support for you throughout the entire process - from the idea and production of prototypes and test samples to the production of tools and plastic components.
We work for customers from a wide range of sectors such as machine manufacturing, the electrical industry, water treatment, building management systems, medical equipment, etc. We can produce even extremely complicated specific injection molded parts with a weight of up to 1300 g on more than 30 multi-processor-controlled injection moulding systems ranging from 250 to 4200 kN. We can process all conventional technical thermoplastics and color them to suit your wishes. Generally we make the requisite tools and equipment in our own tool-making department. This guarantees that you are supplied with top quality, true-to-size components - and a short lead time.
